Track four of the EP The Elemental Concoction. This is probably the bravest track as it doesn't have any drum beat, nothing but the swaying rhythm from the roar of an open fire that morphs and pounds. It sounds like a harsh roasting and it shoots out sparks well. All together it has it's own beat with the timing of a flickering flame.

Like staring at a fire, I find this one quite hypnotising.

The good recordings were from the open fire and getting cracking and crackling sounds from burning leaves and twigs in the yard. I tried filling balloons with lighter gas and putting a flame to them, they were visual effective, but too much like the air sounds I had recorded.
